I first stumbled upon Grimaldis two years ago while I was on a business trip down in The Woodlands, TX. It had been a long day of work and I needed good eats and a good glass of wine to unwind. I do not specifically remember how I ended up there but I am glad I did. Since that wonderful evening down in The Woodlands I have visited the Grimaldis here in Dallas in the uptown area a handful of times.
The consistency that I experienced down in The Woodlands is the same at the uptown location which is always a good sign for a restaurant. The pizza is so thin and crispy the way it should. The sauce is delicious. You should keep in mind tho that each topping does cost extra but it is worth it. Everything is so fresh that I had to write this review.They do not have a full bar but do offer wine and beer. They also offer take out. The west village location is awesome to people watch and enjoy a nice glass of wine and chowing down on some delicious pizza. I know Dallas has lots of good pizza places and trust me when I tell you that I intend of checking them all out.
